This Year We Are Launching Our Inaugural Donation Pledge Drive.
This year we are very excited and pleased to partner with S&S Cycle, Inc. with our Premiere Event Raffle.This exclusive Raffle is designed to reward your fundraising efforts through the accumulation of Raffle tickets based on the amount of donations you collect.

To reach our goal, we ask that each participant raises a minimum of $50.00 in Donations.
Please mail this form with your Donation pledges no later than Monday, May 26, 2008 to insure it arrives to the Ruben Brown Motorcycle Run Headquarters by the deadline date of Friday, May 30, 2008.
Our goal is to have a minimum of 500 Riders participate in the Ruben Brown Charity Motorcycle Run Donation Drive. We hope that each Rider will participate in the Ruben Brown Charity Motorcycle Run to the best of his/her ability. If each Rider raises $100.00, we will achieve our goal. We’re hoping to make the 2008 Ruben Brown Charity Motorcycle Run the best ever, so the more contributions you raise, the more successful we’ll be at achieving our goal. Thank you very much for your participation!
Participants may start collecting pledges as soon as they receive the pledge packet. Reminder: Pledge sheets and collected Donations need to be mailed no later than Monday, May 26, 2008 to insure they are at the 2008 Ruben Brown Motorcycle Run Headquarters no later than Friday, May 30, 2008.
DO NOT SEND CASH
Pledges may be made by anyone. Please ask everyone who pledges if their company has a matching gift fund policy.
Each sponsor making a pledge should write their own name and Donation Pledge. Participants may collect the Donation pledge in advance of Collection deadline date; however remember that you are responsible for keeping all Donation pledges until all are collected.
